"Do not order from this company. They are the absolute slowest people on the planet. I placed my order on 8/24/18 (The money came out of my bank account on this day). Delivery estimate was 9/5/18 which I thought was a long time, but I sooo wanted to love this company. 9/5 came and went. I contacted customer service...they are a little backed up, sorry for the delay. Waited a week and contacted again. Told them to cancel the order and refund my money. They can't do that. I have to wait until the order is delivered and then send it back. If the order were delivered, there wouldn't be a problem!! It is now 9/21 and I have no expectation of ever seeing my order or my money. Wish I had checked out the reviews before I ordered."

"I ordered a custom decal with my company logo on it. I was skeptical at first but the $30 for one decal was worth a shot. This product literally looked like my three year son created it. There was no gloss, my companies logo liked like trash. There is no way I can put this product on my machines. It is way too unprofessional. Customer service told me that it was my error with the logo. Yet they guaranteed satisfaction and stated that "after uploading my photo, the picture on my screen would exactly match my decal". Well it didnt match at all. What a worthless company. The only value this company gives to the public is the humor one gets from reading everyone elses terrible reviews lol."
"My stickers looked awful. It took over a week before they finally issued a refund. As soon as they knew I wasn't happy with my order, they were super slow to respond to email. I threatened them with a chargeback on my credit card and I think that's the only reason they gave me a refund. I found Sticker Mule online and they did a great job with my order (I am not affiliated with them).
I gave two stars here because StickerYou's website is awesome and they were really quick in getting them shipped to me. I wish they had a better product."

"I wish that I could have give zero stars. This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
After several problems with my first order, I contacted someone on their chat option. The guy seemed to very much want to help me, but despite being on chat with him for over an hour for a very straightforward reason, he then informed me that there was nothing that he could do. It was almost as if he was pulled away from the phone by management and was told to stop helping me. So then I wrote an email to customer service. I did not receive a response until three days later, and it was them apologizing and insisting that I allow them to replace the order. I was skeptical, because the magnets that I ordered were not strong enough. The woman, Kimberely, promised me that they would be better this time. After waiting two weeks for them to be shipped to me, when the order came they were the exact same magnets - not stronger at all. AND, the worst part of this entire thing is that they shorted me 843 magnets on my replacement order. 843!! That is not a typo! I sent another email one week ago telling them this, and have yet to get a response. Do yourself a favor and NEVER go through this company. Ridiculous and pathetic service. "

"It's funny if you go on their website that the have 5 star reviews, however on all other sites they have 1 or 2 accross the board. I make my own products and used this site off of a recommendation. The first red flag should have been the expedited shipping for $50 with an estimated shipping date. Who does that unless you're trying to cover your ****. Second red flag was that my order was ready and sat for two days before it shipped. I will say the only good thing is that my order arrived in time for my event, I was launching my new product line and that is the only good thing I will say. My stickers where on clear vinyl with white ink and some color. The color showed on all of the them but the white didn't. It was either missing all together or blotching like the printer was running out of ink. They actually sent me to sheets of stickers that were completely blank. The second huge problem was the over 75% of my stickers were not cut all the way through. So upon peeling the up, the either ripped or I had to take a scissors to them.
Now starts my experience with customer service. They have replied to my emails. There excuss is exactly this...
"With thin design/fonts, especially on our vinyl material, we can have trouble printing it. Due to our printing processes set up on large format processes, they are not able to print such fine dtail. This seems to have occurred with your order. We can certainly re-print, but we would need the text/designs that did not print well to be enlarged/thickended to at least the size of the smallest text printed.'
So basically they're telling me that they allowed me to place an order for items on their site that they know they can't fulfill. They offer small fonts, texts, and sizes, so why offer them if they can't do them. What they have failed to see in making this excuss is that everything in color regardless of the size or font printed without any problem. The issue was with the white ink that I printed from font size 14-22. They are asking me to change things that I can't change due to the product container size. They also never addressed the issue with not cutting the stickers.
Where was the quality control in this order, they should've contacted me if they knew that nothing would print. But instead they printed and sent me half-assed work or completely blank work and charged me for it. Now they're fighting me on returning my money.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!"
"Criminal: they sent me a quote for work and when it was time to order, the price amount in the cart had literally doubled. Then it was "fixed" to an even worse price. Everyone else is correct: you can NEVER get them on the phone, ever. I kind of laugh that they're paying someone for a phone line they never use. They are shady, bordering on criminal due to bait and switch tactics. I did not complete my order and will never work with them."

Truly the worst customer service I've ever received.
