If I had one little suggestion to make, I'd ask you to implement an easier way to recover orders made. (Note: This could very likely be operator error as projects like this can become bigger than we expected!) When in the process of remodeling details and order #s tend to pile up, to be sure. With this particular order, I had a difficult time finding my invoice in my email or on the site when I wanted to a) make sure I had placed the order in the first place, b) know when I could expect its arrival, and c) remind myself what it cost when I was making an expense report."

"I used Stone center online to purchase Jones calacatta gold 2” hex and bubble shaped Tile for the floor of our bathroom and shower. I purchased from the online store during the spring Covid pandemic when access to tile was impossible anywhere else. Price, quality, and the right color were important to me. I knew by price comparison that the price here was much better then many other places but worried about getting the right color gradients and not being able to test and feel the quality. We ordered on a leap of faith and based off other reviews knowing we could get a confirmation picture before it was shipped.
Once the order was placed, a representative contacted us the following day with a picture of our tile choices side by side so we could see color and the shapes we had chosen. After the email, I was a little nervous about the color I was seeing in the picture. I requested to see the tile we had purchased beside several other options we had debated between. Our request was granted and seeing the comparison was incredibly helpful to solidify our choice with Calacatta gold. After we let our representative know to go with the original order, I was shocked to see the order arrive on our doorstep two days later. We leave in NJ and apparently they have a warehouse in NJ which of course made our shipping so quick. On arrival, tile was of excellent quality and packed 10 sheets to a box so easy to move and have be delivered. Website says tile is from Italy, box said made in China. I am sure the tile cut, packaged and sheeted in China.
Will definitely shop with them again. "

To confirm this, I called and spoke with a kind sales person, making sure that I was submitting my order correctly. She told me that I would receive an email with photos of chair rail pieces available to ascertain that I would receive something that I was expecting for my remodel.
