"Super easy to place the order and the shipping/ receiving was super fast. However because a third party supplier is used it is extremely difficult to get answers to any questions. I called to inquire about markings/imperfections on the marble tile only to receive no answers, no response/return call or communication at all. Additionally if you over order - you are stuck and if you under order your additional tile may not come from the same "box". "
