"We chose this company because their prices for bulk custom shopping bags are very reasonable and customization was easy to do, which we were very happy with. However we needed these bags for an expo that was 16 days from the date I placed the order. It seemed like sufficient time, and was confirmed by the shipping estimated time at checkout, which would have the bags to me before that date, with at least 3-4 days to spare. I guess the estimate was made up, and there’s a general statement somewhere in the faqs and maybe elsewhere that says something about custom orders taking longer. While I understand the statement, it was vague enough and didn’t align with the estimated arrival I was given that I felt comfortable placing the order. A few days before the expo I started getting antsy because I hadn’t received a shipping notice and my order wasn’t showing up in my account under recent orders, so I called to check on things. To my surprise, the very nice customer service person informed me that the graphics department had seen it, but it wouldn’t ship out until the 18th (because they take something like 14 days to complete, and it actually shipped the 19th), 5 days after the expo, even though my ETA had been days prior to the expo. We were so disappointed. We spent almost $50 last minute buying cheap white bags at the dollar store because it was our best bet a day before. The bags eventually arrived and they were nice, but I just wish we’d had them for their intended purpose. I would buy again because of price, quality, and the nice person I spoke to on the phone, but not if I really needed it for a specific thing because their shipping time is unclear and a bit misleading."
