"I ordered 3 baskets for my vendor grid stand. When I opened my box there was the wrong product. It was a shelf that did not fit with the grid stand. I contacted customer service ( on a Sunday) and they got back with me right away telling me the correct order would be shipped and I could keep the wrong order. I was very impressed how they handled it and I will continue to order products from this company. The grid wall and baskets are great for my outdoor vendor display. I have replaced my tables with those grid walls and baskets and my products are much more visible. Love it,"

"The display cabinet is great and all pieces came undamaged and we're very happy with it. However, the DELIVERY PROCESS was not pleasant. Before placing the order I called and asked about getting it delivered on a particular day because that's the only day I had help for the delivery. The rep on the phone said that once I place my order someone would call me to schedule the delivery. So I went back and placed the order online assuming someone would call me to set up delivery. The next day I got an email that it was already delivered, so I immediately called Store Supply and they said that since it already shipped I had to call the shipping company. She also said that if they tried to deliver, and couldn't, they would charge me another $200 for redelivery, which really made me upset since I had called them originally to make sure I did everything right regarding delivery. So after contacting the shipping company they were able to hold it off until the next day that I could get someone to help me. Clearly there was a miscommunication with the person I talked to originally, so just be careful regarding delivery."

"I used to have **** garment racks when I was a wardrobe stylist, which is what I was looking for again for my bedroom with a tiny closet and these are exactly it! You could run one of these over with a truck and still use it. Heavy duty, will last forever, super affordable in cost, and arrived within days since I paid the extra $2 for expedited shipping. Not a company I was familiar with, so it was a risk, but it totally paid off. Just buy it. "

"Lesson learned for large orders. The shipping company is NOT small business delivery oriented. Thursday shipping delivery estimation was missed and confirmed for a Monday delivery. The company called Friday morning and said they could deliver that day.
I received a call from the driver FROM the shipping address ( we don't have a dock) and he explained he would not deliver alone with out help from me. I am a small one woman business who uses a storage facility that accepts deliveries' for small businesses as a shipping address.
When he put me through to logistics the first thing the service person said was that " the truck broke down and could not make the delivery" I informed her that that was not the truth because the truck and driver were at the delivery address.
The situation just got worse from there. Eventually, on Monday the items were left at the front door of the delivery address.
Stressful! "
"I ordered a bunch of things, one of the racks was missing a piece, when I called the store they sent me a new piece, the shipping list on the box says the item was a rack, but inside it was a box full of plastic bags, which doesn't help me at all....."
"Everything about my order was great until Fedex got it to deliver. Fedex delivered it to the wrong location and was unable to find where it was delivered. Once Fedex officially declared it lost Store Supply Warehouse immediately shipped a replacement."

"Received a few packages from Store Supply Warehouse that contained shelves. One box arrived and it was okay. The second box arrived and every single shelf in it was beat up, dinged and missing chunks. Haven't had time to deal with it yet but hopefully customer service can do something about it. The product that did arrive undamaged was good, easy to use and setup and was perfect for what i was looking for. "
