The price of my items was, if not the lowest, one of the lowest online(they have a low price guarantee) I placed my order online on a Wednesday night, items arrived at my hou...se via Fedex the next Monday. That's 3 business days. My order was over $50 which qualifies for free shipping. Free 3 day shipping = win The website was fairly easy to use and when coming back to check on the status of my order, the site provided hyperlinks that launched the tracking info for my shipments. I appreciated the convenience. I did come to the site with the correct PIAA and Ventshade part numbers for my application. As such I can't speak to the how well in-site product searching works. I had been considering using Amazon to get these items, but read some of their recent reviews and decided not to chance a bad experience. "Useless customer service. Recvd an auth for return of a $24 item which had shipping charges of almost $10more. I would have to pay return shipping which I expected but then they want another $10 "restocking" fee!. What's the point??? Cust service response, "sorry"... Will not recommend or go back. They even price matched another site and kept that price for the Husky Cargo Liner rather than jackin' the price back up after selling the one liner to me. "I was looking to purchase the Thule Parkway bike rack and they were the cheapest by far from anyone else...lowest price, no tax (for me), and free shipping? How could I say no? Like the others, I was really hesitant about buying from a company that I've never heard of before. But based on the reviews I've read, I decided to buy from them. I'm glad I did! I got exactly what I wanted and I received it from Fedex within 4 days! Were there any downsides? Yes, a couple... First, the lack of description made it tough to make a decision to buy it. I was basically purchasing it by Thule's part number. So if anyone from Streetsideauto.com (SSA) is reading this, please add a description of the Thule products...it would make it easier to know what they are. Second, I received it but it was missing a strap. I don't fault SSA but it was a problem nonetheless. I will take this up with them on the next business day.
