"I've had many successful purchases on StubHub, but this wasn't one of them. The tickets I purchased were bait and switch. Schematic showed center stage tickets row 8. This was a lie plain and simple. What I received was obstructed view, right stage. I was willing to pay a premium of 60-95 per ticket because center stage wasn't available on Ticketmaster. But the tickets I received were available until very close to the event at much lower prices. You need to police your sellers better. I will not purchase on Stubhub again, and may pursue matter further, since this was an illegal sale."

"As I said above, the Tom Jones concert was awesome and I'm so thankful as I have been wanting to hear and see him for a very long time. The tickets were able to be printed with no problem. My Only complaint is that I paid 5 and 1/2 times the cost of the original tickets!! I was shocked when I saw that the original price was $45. It makes it difficult to recommend StubHub but at the same time I am grateful I was able to attend. I don't mind paying a little over the original price but $250.00 for a ticket that was purchased for $45 is way over the top. We bought 2. I was also concerned that maybe the tickets had been resold-since I printed them and was told at the Box Office that sometimes (don't know from which vendors) the tickets could be resold several times...) They were legitimate tickets but I wish I knew how much I was being overcharged from the original purchase cost. As I said before, though, I am happy that I was able to attend."
