"will not be using stub hub again"

"All was great until we arrived at the venue. My friend and I both purchased tickets through stub hub. Her ticket was sold twice by the seller and she was not allowed entry. Meanwhile my ticket was scanned and there was no re-entry into the event. After talking with a security guard, I was allowed to leave with my friend while she stepped out to figure out her ticket situation. She called customer service and they were not able to give her a new ticket (they said they would giver her her money back although that was not helpful at the time). We were then lucky enough to get a ticket from the ticket booth but for more money that the cost of the other ticket. We had to wait in line again to go through security for the second time while general admission filled up. I then had to explain to the ticket scanner the stituation because my ticket was already scanned. Thankfully she believed me and let me through. I will use Ticketmaster next time because of the stress!"

The ticket price was fair, the parking pass was reasonably priced. The fees associated with the purchase were over $30.00 which is ridiculous."
