"Very poor. When I selected my very expensive seats on the event website, the seating chart graphic clearly showed I was on the left aisle of the right orchestra section of floor seating. Very good seats. When I arrived, the usher led me to the left orchestra, left aisle, seat closest to the wall of the building. My view of the stage was partially obstructed by speakers and curtains. I complained to the event box office but they said StubHub was not one of their supported ticket vendors and that I had to complain to StubHub. Too late to correct the tickets, but hopefully someone can contact me to refund my money."

"Isn't ticket scalping illegal? So why are people not interested in attending events allowed to purchase tickets only to turn around and sell them at whatever price point they desire? The event I attended had $60-80 tickets. I paid $300/ticket. In what world is this okay? Stubhub not only encourages this, but enables it. You should adopt a policy where ticket holders are only allowed to sell their tickets at face value, minus your fees or you need to cap the amount people are able to profit off tickets. This has become an ugly, unfair business. The only time I will consider using Stubhub is when I am desperate for tickets, but the whole process leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Do you really want to be that company??"
