"Made reservation on line with StudentUniverse, 3 days later the airline changed the flight date to the next day, shortly after the StudentUnivese contacted me to correct the connecting flight since because of the change would have missed it. Called them, quick response no hold on the phone for long and the issue was resolved in few minutes. Very professional work not like other discounted fares website that will give you hard time or even don't care."

"We purchased tickets, through Student Universe, to fly from Boston to London when an airline had canceled our return flights and was being difficult about rebooking on the date we wanted. The price was so low I had my doubts. They called to verify the puchase promptly and I did receive a ticket confirmation within 24 hours. Fortunately, our previous flights got straightened out the next day and so I had to cancel the Student Universe booking. I simply called and they refunded the money since it had been less than 24 hours. Although not as streamlined and professional as big travel sites, Student Universe seems to be the real deal and certainly has some low prices! "
