"I went to book earlier and put all my information in just to get a "Pending Purchase". This means it has not booked and while it says they are working on confirming the reservation or finding an alternate, this was not true. I checked my email and had nothing at all. I called and the representative said it did not process and I could re-book or they could for a $20 fee. By the time I went to try booking the flight again, the prices had gone up by $40. This felt very much like a bait and switch, but I needed to book so I went ahead and did. Not impressed with this business model."
