"I ordered a grille in july, it was out of stock, instead of asking if I wanted to wait for it to come in, you canceled the order, I said if I want to reorder it will I get the same discount, you said "surely". I tried to reorder in aug, and it said it was in stock, but I called in to be sure my discount was going to be applied, Rauel took 51 min and 58 seconds to order this one item for me, and the discount was a fiasco he could only do 10% instead of the 15% I originally received in July, but said they would credit the additional 5% later (???) Rauel confirmed it was in stock, after all this 3- hours later I received 1 e-mail and 4 phone calls the item was out of stock and my order was again cancelled"

"My first order was the wrong parts and it was my mistake. I spoke with a rep about returning it and to order the correct parts.
I found the correct parts and gave the rep the numbers but she came back several minutes later with an entirely different number. She assured me that it was the correct parts, so I ordered them. Shortly there after, I went on line and checked the number only to find it was again the wrong part. I live chatted again and got a different rep. I told her the story and ask her to cancel this order. She said it would be difficult but would try. I was notified that this would take 2 to 3 business days. Then I ask about a refund on the parts I had to pay for to ship back and again was told 2 to 3 business days after they receive them. The should receive the parts by Friday and in their original box so we'll see how they do on my refund. I have ordered from Stylin before without any problems but they my want to look at their staff knowledge and looking up part numbers especially after the customer tells them the right number."
