All that did was allow them to lie to me each time I called telling me they were going to send a replacement rim. They DID charge my credit card right away, so I have paid for something I cannot use. Will NEVER deal with them again and would advise others to seriously consider using another supplier. (I understand 'Stylin Trucks' is just an order 'name' for Auto Parts Warehouse).
Having had my own business for 40 years, I can tell you I wouldn't have remained in business very long had I treated customers the way my case was/is handled."

"First off, I have been a customer for over ten years. I purchased a new tonneau cover while my truck was in the body shop for paint work. After i got the truck back I then discovered it was the wrong cover. I called customer service to ask about an exchange and was informed that I was past the return date of 30 days from purchase. Once I explained the circumstances to the rep. he checked with his superiors and then told me they would issue a return RMA# in my E-mail and I could proceed with the re order of the right part. Two days went by and I still did not receive the RMA. I called to check on it and was then told they wouldn't honor the return because of the purchase date. So I guess they just lied to me to get me off the phone, but they have lost my business for good and now I will spend my money somewhere else."
