"I can honestly say that Chad Miller of Summation Technology has always been very helpful to us here at 3ABN in giving us information on different types of equipment long before I had my superiors purchase my equipment for doing DVD's, from him.
Since then I have had them purchase various items from him. At the present time I am using 3 Bravo 4100 Autoprinters and 3 SummitPro 11, DVD copiers w/12 drives each. I have been going through 70 to 95,000 DVD's a year with less equipment than I now have. Chad has been very helpful to help me to purchase the appropriate equipment for my needs. I purchase my ink from him and it is always sent out quickly. I truely mean it when I say that I have never dealt with anyone better. I really appreciate him. He has been and continues to be a blessing to me and to 3ABN.

Like ALL electronics there is a few problems to deal with, but overall the equipment is pretty good.

I have been having trouble getting this rating to go though.

"I was in the market for a CD/DVD burner. I did my shopping on the Internet and came across the Summation Technology site. Got their phone number, called them up, and reached Chad Miller.

Told him what I was looking for. He took me through the various options and helped me pick the one that best fit my budget, needs, and requirements.

Received the product that Chad suggested, it worked exactly as he said it would, and I am a very happy camper with Summation Technology and Chad Miller. In other words, color me one happy camper.

"VERY HAPPY I CHOSE SUMMATION TECHNOLOGY!! I purchased a "Bravo 4100" Disc Publisher in March 2012, a little less than a year ago. My overall experience with Summation Technology has been Extraordinary! Please read this quick story of my recent experiences with Summation Technology, Chad Miller at Summation, and the Primera Tech Support specifically (Dan, Scott, Orlando Burk, and Patrick Timmons). I am a small business owner located in S. Florida, My name is Dennis Aron and I am not one to throw praise around lightly. Let me also say I am in the IT community as well for the past 25 years. A few months back I had an issue with the print head on my disc publisher, typical problem to be expected with the amount of printing I do. I order a new one, and installed easily and back to work. Two Month went by and I had the same problem, well this time it should not have happened because it's only been two months. First I called Chad, my go to Guy! Always great, of course Chad is working to make money but he is very up front about my needs on saving money, and always offers solutions for me (Which is Tops in my book, great guy) So Chad can sell me one but directed me toward Primera, and when I called tech support and spoke to Dan, and Scott they immediately sent a new Print Head and Print Cartridges (Free). My experience has been most companies go for the sale, and of course don't offer the free replacement unless you stay on the phone and argue your way into a replacement... Not in this case. Great guys at Primera, best Tech Support Experience you will ever have! Next scenario is even more impressive. I had an issue with My Duplicator (Error Msg), Couldn't figure out a solution with Tech Support. I am speaking with Orlando at the time and he said to Pack it up and send it to Primera so they can fix things. I explained my situation as critical because I had an order for a new customer which was due this weekend. After some problem solving between a talk with Chad, myself, a talk with Orlando and his Manager Patrick Timmons the end result was this... Orlando got it approved through Patrick to send me a Replacement Duplicator overnight. This type of support and customer service is why I would recommend Summation Technology to anyone. The quality of the product is second to none, although you have heard about a couple of issues I had. Being in this field of work I can tell you problems with computers, peripherals, and technology are inevitable! So when you do have a problem, it always comes down to this (CUSTOMER SERVICE and TECH SUPPORT). They stand behind there products and they are always there. I am buying another unit later this year... Needless to say I wont go anywhere else obviously I love the support but the unit I own is fantastic! I get compliments on the quality of my work and products that I provide all the time. Thank You, Dennis Aron (TECH IT OUT, INC)"

"WSRE-TV has always had a good experience when dealing with Summation Technology. Most recently, Rachel Hill was quite helpful with an order for ink cartridges for our Primera DVD duplicator. It was shortly before Christmas, and we needed to fulfill several DVD orders. We are a PBS station affiliated with the local college in Pensacola, FL, and our challenge was that the college's shipping/receiving department was closed for the holidays. Rachel assured me the cartridges could be shipped to my home address, and they were, very promptly. Dealing with Summation is painless because they keep all our info on file so that we can pay with the station credit card and get things done quickly. Summation's people are pleasant and competent, and Rachel is especially congenial. I am glad Rachel asked if I would be willing to provide feedback because I think it's important to recognize good customer service when you receive it!
