"I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing items from Summit Image. They have horrible customer service. They do not pickup phones or return emails. They shouldn't lie to you and tell you something was shipped when it really wasn't.
My Details:
I placed an order with Summit Image on 12/6/2007.
On 12/9/2007 I sent a message to Summit Image through Google Checkout asking the status. On 12/12/07 I recieved a tracking number from ****@****. I checked the tracking number every few days. The package did not move from the warehouse. I should have recieved it in 7 days, 3 days processing time (under summit shipping policy) plus 4 days shipping according to the UPS website. On 12/17/2007 after being extremely annoyed with Christmas a week away and not being able to reach them on the phone or by email, I once again emailed them asking the status. Of course I recieved no response. I tried to call their offices and no one picked up the phones and the voicemessage inbox was full! I In January, I contacted my credit card company and they have disputed this purchase for me. I received my refund on 1/10/2008."

The site says the shippment was sent and received. This is NOT TRUE. I have never received an email or a shippment from them. I sent three emails to Summitt Images and attempted to call them 3x with only a recording. These were intended to be Xmas gifts. Is this place a scam? I have asked for a full refund with no response to date.

"Ordered a 15 item accessory bundle for a Zune on Nov. 15th. The confirmation e-mail states that the item will ship within 24-72 hrs. It refers you to Kyozou.com to track where your order is in the process. It also says it will ship USPS Priority mail. That link leads you in circles and tells you nothing. On the 20th I e-mailed them to try to find out the status of my order. I got an automated e-mail saying to give them 24 hrs to respond. Nothing! I called them and was told it had been shipped on the 19th. I said "oh good, it should be here in a few days then since it was shipped Priority." The guy said "no, it's shipped regular mail". I asked why it was stated that it was Priority and he said "that's a glitch in our system". I've since e-mailed them again and sent them a message on ebay. NOTHING! No product, no response..NOTHING! Never again! "
"Ordered 4 sets of Wiimote and Nunchuck skins from them on the 23rd. On their site, they claim to have shipped it on the 26th and gave me a tracking number. The tracking number was legitimate, but they had yet to actually give the package to USPS. I waited for 2 weeks, called them, claimed that because I used the free shipping promotion they had, I was pretty much put at the bottom of the barrel for my shipment priority. This is NOT the way to do business, and I do not like to be lied to and be told the item has been shipped when in fact it has not. USPS did not acknowledge acceptance of my package until April 10th, 2 weeks after it had claimed to be shipped and I just received the package today (the 17th). Their website states that it takes 3 days to process an order and then depending on shipping method, the delivery time. This was all untrue, and I will NOT ever do business with again.
::EDIT:: In response to Summit Image's response, so all in all, you find it acceptable that I wait nearly a month to receive my package of 4 Wii Remote Skins? I have yet to deal with a company that would take this long to ship an order to a customer. Regardless of your shipping clauses you state in your policy, if you have not delivered the package to USPS, please do not put on your website the item has shipped, that is a flat lie. My envelope of the package shows it was mailed April 10th, a good 2 weeks after my order."
"I ordered a pair of Wii + nunchuck skins from this store through eBay. The price was good, I can't argue with that, although the quality is much lower than the Wii skins found in a retail store.
I ordered a pair of blue and green skins, however, I got black and very light, almost "glow in the dark" color green skins. I tried to contact SummitImage several times but got no help. I clearly explained what the problem was several times, and only got replies back asking what the problem was, from two different people, no less. After I replied back that they had the information, I got no more messages.
The prices are good, but if you can find another seller with similar prices, I'd strongly suggest going with the latter. I will never shop from this store again. It's not worth the potential hassle."

"I purchased a kyocera data cable on ebay from this company on dec 22 2006 using buy it now and paid immediately with paypal, it took them until dec 28 to even acknowlegde the payment. It is now jan 22 2006 and I am still waiting for my data cable, they have ignored all 3 of the emails I have sent, the only communication i have recieved from them was an automated email on jan 7 asking me to give them postive feedback, wouldn't it make more sense to actually SHIP the item before asking for feedback. I can't give them negative feedback in ebay, because their automatic system would just respond with a generic negative feedback against me
