"It took two days of calling before anyone answered their customer service phone support number.
When i finally reached a person and explained the problem with my order, I was told they had to have all complaints in writing. So, I sent them an Email with all of the information I told the customer service rep and have not heard anything from them since ( still not able to install satellite dish ).
In addition to all this, they shipped to the wrong address. Even though it was right on the order acknowledgment.

They called me minutes after my order was placed to inform me (politely) that while based on the description on their site it appeared that I ordered two different products, they were actually the same. Because there was a price difference on the two items I ordered, they gave me the combined product (I was ordering 200 feet of coaxial cable, 100' of one color and 100' of another, and they only sold one color) at the lower price, processing a refund.

Their prices are untouchable, their delivery was fast, their service was excellent. I spoke / emailed with two different people in the span of two days on a relatively small order.
