"It took two days of calling before anyone answered their customer service phone support number.
When i finally reached a person and explained the problem with my order, I was told they had to have all complaints in writing. So, I sent them an Email with all of the information I told the customer service rep and have not heard anything from them since ( still not able to install satellite dish ).
In addition to all this, they shipped to the wrong address. Even though it was right on the order acknowledgment.
