"I can never get an actual person on the phone to help. We always have android issues. We have promises of having an app so that the machine can be turned on while not being near the actual machine - still no app. The timer doesn't allow one to future set for the next day. So pre-heating for an early morning appointment is nearly impossible, unless you plan to be at the studio 2 hours before the first appointment. If someone does call back, I am never near the machine. I don't understand how little staffed they are that they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE to handle calls."
"I ordered a sauna over a month ago with numerous promises from numerous reps including Emily and others. One of the promises was that it would be delivered within 10-14 days as it was in stock. That was almost a month ago. The reps, mainly Emily, will now NOT reply to calls, emails, or any other messages. This is AFTER they ran my credit and none of the promises they made have come through. DO NOT TRUST what the reps tell you as they will say anything to make the sale. They have effectively negatively impacted my credit, did not deliver the sauna, and numerous other promises that have fallen through. Reps will make promises and as soon as you make the purchase, they literally ignore you about your order. After spending over 4K, I'd imagine the customer service would be much better. I now have to wait for the sauna to arrive to return it before 30 days as I am unconvinced that the sauna quality will be as stated as numerous other things have fallen through so why would the EMF, build quality, and numerous other promises made by Emily and other reps come through? Go with a ClearLight, they are the industry leader and did not make promises they did not keep. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! A very sales incentivized team will say anything and deliver nothing. SUNLIGHTEN IS VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY!"

I originally purchased an mPulse Conquer Sauna in the fall. I was having issues with the sauna because I was not really sweating in it. Noah did a fantastic job of helping me resolve the issue by exchanging to the Amplify III. I love this sauna, and highly recommend it for those whose primary goal is to sweat and detox, as well as individuals with extensive experience with saunas (used to sweating, have heat tolerance, etc.). I am impressed with the Amplify - I have been able to get it up to 165 degrees, which is very high compared to other infrared saunas. The quality and design is superb. I am very fortunate to have connected with Noah or I may never have found the perfect sauna. "
"I just purchased an mPulse sauna and am really disappointed! Brand new, sitting in our garage and we can’t use it. One of the panels does not fit into the floor. We call customer service and no one is available. Our sales rep is “out of the office” indefinitely! We may have to get a handy man to come over and fix it. We paid over $5k for this and it’s a real bummer!"

"I have had the luxury of owning 2 Clearlight saunas and now 3 Sunlighten Saunas due to my business. I also have the experience of personally setting up, repairing, and breaking down these saunas; so you can say I have a little intimate knowledge of the sauna workings. Both are good companies, but Sunlighten has my repeat business now.
Both products perform as expected, in regards to delivering infrared and the benefits of using an infrared sauna. Where they differ from my experience is Sunlighten has a better box construction and is made of thicker wood; this is really important when it comes to flooring which receives the most wear and tear. The door frame and hinges are superior in the Sunlighten products in regards to maintenance.
All of my saunas have had breakdowns or needing minor repairs at some point; that is the nature of equipment. I run my saunas 12+ hours a day 7 days a week, so they get their use. But, there has been less maintenance in my ownership of my Sunlighten saunas. When something needs repaired, both companies offer good customer service. But, Sunlighten has been easier to get a hold of and to follow up with. My Sunlighten customer service technician, Stone, is very knowledgeable of his products and their components. Stone has been a great problem solver and does his best to make things right. I trust his wisdom more so than a sales rep as he is dealing with the customer service side of the business and tells it like it is.
And, for your edification, I have owned 2 Clearlight ADA Retreat saunas, 2 Sunlighten Signature FS Saunas, and 1 Sunlighten mPulse Conquer sauna. I hope this review helps the undecided with your sauna journey.

"I'm a Sunlighten owner since 2014. I have the Mpulse bELIEVE two person Sauna. Honestly I love the Sauna. It's a great addition to my workout room and my routine. It heats up in a decent amount of time and has numerous programs (weight loss - which I use, detox, and various other routines). I've never seen these type of programs in other sauna's that I considered. But here is why I highly recommend Sunlighten....it's their customer service. I've had to upgrade control units, replace a glass door that the movers broke, replace a heater which failed once, and from time to time speak to them when I wasn't sure about how do something. Other than the glass, the unit (not inexpensive to purchase) but when something fails (and all electronics do fail from time to time) they have been wonderful and replace at no or minimal cost. They have a number of good folks on their customer support team, but I'm particularly partial to Stone and also to Liam for their outstanding customer service and kind and prompt support. It's a good product and the company appears to stand behind their product well. Definitely consider if you are in the market for a sauna."

"I started researching Far Infrared Saunas when my husband’s naturopath recommended sauna treatments as part of his recovery from cancer and large doses of radiation treatment. I also got a chance to use the Sun lighten Sauna several times at the same naturopath, and I was quite impressed with the results. After several treatments and recommendations from my naturopath who had done extensive research, I knew that I had to buy one.
