"Not happy with their website. The item I ordered was not available. Instead of telling at the time I placed the order I was told several days later in an e-mail. I was told they had no idea when the item would be available and that I could check the status of my order by clicking a link they provided. The link took me to a blank page on their site and I could not access my account to check the status of my order. Very dissapointed. I will now have to wait til Monday during business hours to call the
company. Very inconvenient. If I could accessed my account at my convenience and get information on its status I would be happy to wait a little longer to see if it becomes available but now I will be canceling my order."
