Which brings me to the price tag that SS places on their items of sale. Regardless of where I find a piece of gear SS has it at a cheaper price. I have done this time and time again. SS not only has it at a lower price but it is usually at a rock bottom price.

I have yet found some other company to have lower prices than SS. Even Walmart can not compare. I will give an example on my last purchase. I bought a Thermarest Heaven Down sleeping bag for $119.00 from SS. Everywhere else no lower than $220.00. That plus the prompted delivery and the zero cost for shipping is a win win situation for the customer.

"I initially gave Sunnysports a less than sterling rating based upon their return policy. The company contacted me by phone after reading my review and made their return policy more clear to me. They give you a 60-day full refund - as long as the item has not been used. They do not delay crediting your charge card for the return. They further state on their site that they will charge customers for the return shipping and that they may also charge a restocking fee - depending on the condition of the returned product. There are several other on-line vendors of sporting equipment that do not charge for either return shipping nor a potential restocking fee, even in the case of simple customer dissatisfaction with a product. Therefore, although SunnySports does have some fantastic bargain pricing, their return policy should be taken into consideration before making a purchase. When I spoke to their representative, I was also told that Sunnysports would even pay for the return shipping for purchased items that were either defective or damaged. In my case, the item (snowshoes) had a design defect and I was assured it qualified for a full refund. "
