"I stumbled upon Sunny Sports when I was specifically searching for GSI Outdoors products. This company's products are not availabe locally in my city, so I had to find them online. I ordered a GSI Outdoors Pinnacle 14 inch Hard-Annodized frypan (which was "on sale" at a price far below anywhere else), GSI Outdoors spicerack, and GSI Outdoors folding spatula. The prices on these items were awesome. And their lowest price guarantee is definitely something that appealed to me. In this case the lowest price guarantee was unnecessary, since their prices were already the lowest I could find. The shipping was very quick, and the items were very well packed. However, the frypan did arrive with several gouges in the hard-annodized non-stick surface. Sunny Sports promptly emailed me a return shipping label, I filled out their return form and mailed it back to them. Shortly thereafter, I received a replacement frypan that was completely free of any defects. I found their prices to be the lowest I could find, my shipping was free as my order was over $50, and the customer service was excellent. I am very pleased that my minor problem was resolved both quickly, and with no fuss or obstacles from the customer service department. I have already referred their website to several people, and some have already placed orders of their own. From now on, I will definitely consult Sunny Sports first for all of my outdoor gear needs.
