"Ordered a heat exchanger for my Hayward heater, got the wrong part, (I still say it was their mess up) and was charged over $300 in restocking fee. Instead of selling me the right part, they just gouged me and said tough. Customer service is awful, rude and completely out of the realm of "Customer Service""

I contacted the company and was told that they could inquire from the warehouse and it could take an additional 2-3 days to find out anything. I have disputed the order with my credit card and now have ordered a new pump from Amazon. Delivery in 24 hours and they stand behind that."
