"I've ordered many items from Sunplay over the years. Recently, they've become shady in their business operations. Items that are reperesented as being in stock don't ship for weeks, however they charge your credit card when you place the order. Other companies generally don't charge you until they ship the item. Others also typically ship within a day of the order being placed. My recommendation is avoid Sunplay. This is how companies behave that are going out of business. "

No explanations and not one of the 3 CSR's apologetic in any way. Each CSR stated that the item was in stock and should ship soon. Either something is terribly wrong at Sunplay or they completely misunderstand the mail order business. I finally had no choice but to cancel my order and place it with a competitor. I can assure you that I will never attempt to do business with Sunplay again. BUYER BEWARE!"
