"My first order never got shipped out, after almost two weeks. I gave customer service a call to find out what happened to my order. Somehow my order got overlooked never shipped out. Then they wanted to ship it out right away but I could not receive the package. because I was leaving in 1 day for 2 weeks out of the country, so they canceled the order. Now I went to reorder the same items and the prices have gone up. Now since the old order was cancelled I can't get the same price. Go figures"
