"Long road to figure out the right Filter for my Dolphin System. I wish someone would have said to 'locate' the Barcode on my Cleaner and ask Maytronics for the right part #. My first order was never fulfilled until I called; waited almost 2+ weeks; once received they were too small. Called and no-one could help to figure out correct Part#, even though I offered measurements, so I called Maytronics direct and FINALLY was told what to do. In the meantime, the pool cannot be cleaned and looks bad. I think I was even charged a re-stock fee to return my incorrect filters. No Discount Code available for product and no option for expedited shipping as a courtesy for all the trouble. Customer service could use some fine tuning."
