"These guys were amazing when they started. They grew very fast though and I find that now the customer service is about what you expect from a large company interested more in sales than customer satisfaction.

It's too bad because they were always my go to supplier. For now, they still are but I am on the hunt for better alternatives.

2 recent product issues. A return was issued a credit but I had to call them to ask where the credit was and they supplied me with a gift code. So if I didn't make that phone call the system was not sending me the credit or applying it to my account.

They sent me power adapters (all cheap China stuff but that's what everyone uses) and it overheated and failed. They apparently want me to pay the shipping to to send this one back to receive the replacement? I've tried to contact them for a return shipping label so hoping they finally come through. It's a $12 item that will cost me that to send back so why would I do that? They should just send me the replacement as a long time customer and be done with the matter."

"Cheap craps. I bought $160.00 worth of rubbish only to be told, I bought the incorrect adapter for the lights I purchased. They could care less. Buy, Buy, Buy. Then they'll sell you the correct adapter but the connectors still don't work. I spent over $300.00 and still dont have what I needed."

Funny, UPS shows picking it up the 2nd. Supposedly they then take it to USPS for delivery. The website keeps saying going to deliver

"I bought two of them this last time thinking I may have gotten a dud. Out of the two I recently purchased only one works. I am a computer technician and out of the 3 total lights I have. Only one works. All 3 of them have a good on/off switch. It appears to be something in the body of the light. These units never seen any water or much outdoor use.
They just appear to be made poorly. Shame since these are great little lights. I love the backwards clip. Makes it great to clip onto your hat."

"I used this in a project I was building for me church. It is to be placed in next to the sound door and when a light is turned on or off the Led is placed over a picture of the sanctuary. That way the PA operator can tell which light it turned on and the brightness the rheostat is set. The amount of light is shown by 4 LEDs from Yellow to red. "

"A defective piece of merchandise failed only a few days after receipt. I returned it immediately using SBI's RMA process and their return label. No replacement was ever received, no refund either, and no help was offered to me. Never did SBI even initiate contact with me. The three follow-up contacts I initiated with them generated only perfunctory replies of "we'll look into it, you'll hear from us soon". Nope, never did. SuperBrightLED's.com has failed this customer miserably. Super LOUSY customer service."

"I realized after I made my purchase I had the wrong address for the products. The item had not shipped out yet but had the label printed so I contacted them to let them know of the issue. They would not correct the issue and shipped it out anyways. Offered zero assistance. "

"I purchased 2 sets of headlights and driving lights as a Christmas gift for my wife in late October. Didn't get around to installing them until January due to catching Wuhan Virus. The driving lights wouldn't fit. The cooling area behind the bulb is so big it hits the lights mounting brackets. The headlight pattern is blotchy and dim. So much so that I had to remove them due to safety concerns. I tried to get ahold of you twice through my account on the website. NO REPLY. I called and explained the problem. Was told repeatedly that it was past 30 days so they couldn't be returned. The driving lights could but at a 15% restocking fee and I would be responsible for shipping. The headlights are defective yet again if I returned them under warranty it would be at my expense with no guarantee of replacement or return. I bought the same setup for another vehicle without issues. Why not stand behind your products? Especially to a returning customer. Customer Service is DEAD. Order: #1603119905-16978"
