Less than year passed and one bulb completely went out, other one not as bright as when new. Company paid for return shipping, contacted me to tell me that is only one bulb is not working, offering to replace not working bulb and send half-way working to me . My reply was: the other bulb is not as bright as it should and also you sell bulbs as set of two, so it should be replaced as set of two. Well the replaced one and send me half-way working bulb with it.stay clear of this product and company. A company is only as good as their customer service and product. If they can't dig into the customer issue nor keep their word on sending out a replacement, then honesty we should not spend our money with them"

They do stand by their warranty and did replace my bulb, but it took two weeks for my replacement bulb to arrive from the day that I mailed out the defective unit. I understand that shipping takes time, but they should have had a replacement unit on the way as soon as they sent me the return shipping label for my defective unit instead of making me (and my disassembled gauge cluster) wait.
