"Some of the LED bulbs marked compatible with my truck did not fit as advertised. One of them was broken upon arrival. When I called customer service the attitude I received was “why are you calling us?”. The CSR was rude and unhelpful. This seems to be par for the course based on other reviews on individual products “great LED bad service”. SuperBrightLEDs could benefit from some people skills and not being an **** when a customer calls in."

This was a wonderful/delightful experience. The products seem to reflect their name. It seems that they have an almost endless supply of LED's available. They seem to put the customers first and foremost. I had some problems with my order but they cheerfully assisted in getting the problems fixed. They have a policy that free shipping, in both directions, by using prepaid labels for returns. I would purchase from them at any given time, night or day, rain or shine, etc. You should contact them and see what they can do for you. This is what I hope more companies would become if they aren't already at this level.

"I purchased Super Bright LEDS to brighten up the gauges of my 1989 Lotus Esprit Turbo. The LEDS that were in the Dashboard category worked beautifully. I had to be a little creative with attaching the LEDs to the back of the gauges however the end product is outstanding. My Gauges light up nice and bright so i can read everything on all my gauges. Nice and bright but not obnoxious by any means. As a side note, I seemed to be one LED short so I went to Fry's Electronics and purchased a LED labeled as "Super Bright" and the Lumens were not even half as bright as the LED's I purchased from SuperBrightLEDs.com. I would say the were 1/3 as bright at best. I will be using Super Bright LEDs for any and all conversions from incandescent to LEDs in the future. I highly recommend you give them a try."

"SBL had lights that I was looking for, and everything has worked well. I am very satisfied that these bulbs will work out well. There is a wide selection of colors and color temperatures. I am presently testing out these in my application to find the best result.

"I just moved into a new apartment and wanted to replace a few light bulbs with LED bulbs. When I went online to order, I realized I hadn't updated my profile to my new address. So, with the order, I deleted the old address and entered the new one. The system updated and properly reflected the new address on the order with no indication that anything was wrong. It turns out that their system needs a while to update, and Super Bright LEDs still shipped my order to the wrong location. I tried changing my order with the shipper and with Super Bright, but Super Bright resisted making the change as it would have incurred a fee. They suggested that I let the order go thought while they shipped a second order to the correct address. Once the incorrect order arrived, I could refuse the shipment and the shipper would have returned it with no penalty. Unfortunately, when the order was delivered to my old address, the new owners didn't inform me and the shipment was accepted.

I really like Super Bright LEDs. Their website is easy to navigate and they have a large selection of LEDs and products from which to chose. They also have fast shipping. However, I would strongly recommend they correct their eCommerce site to handle address changes efficiently. Their customer service should also refrain from putting the burden of correcting their problem back on the customer, such as expecting the customer to go out of his way to watch for an order arrive at the old address. They need to owe up to the fact that their eCommerce site is below adequate when it comes to address changes and accept the penalty (I think it was below $13) that incurs until they can correct it."
