"I have a 1972 Triumph 650 Bonneville. Purchased the 1157 R-19 - 6v for the Tail/Brake lamp. Received 1st one 3/23/18. Very bright. Lasted about a week and quit working. Brake portion worked but tail lamp quit. It would work if I tapped on it but would not stay lit. It accidentally broke when I was working on it. Ordered another and received it 6/1/18. This one has quit completely after 2 weeks. When I replaced it with regular 1157, I noticed it had a rattle inside. Something inside came loose. It might be that the bulb cannot hold up to the vibration. The other thought is that it is not compatible with the "Lucas, Prince of Darkness" electrical system on the old Triumphs. 12v Positive ground. Really liked the intensity of the bulb. Too Bad it wouldn't hold up. It does have an LED replacement Headlamp bulb that is holding up well. Purchased it from a company over in the UK. Unable to find a direct replacement here. "
"Products work well after install. Had 3 bulbs which worked when put in one socket but not in 3 sockets in front MAP light. Emailed tech support of issue. The response was to buy a different bulb with a resistor. No mention of returning the bulbs that ? didn't work, but then spending more money. So common sense said to me, why do all the other bulbs work and not any except the originals in this MAP light. Toyota wouldn't use a different type of bulb in just one fixture. I took the entire MAP assembly out of the headliner, took pliers and bent all contacts tighter, replaced fixture, and viola--lights work. Tech support failed on this one. "
"Their site said the bulbs I ordered would fit....they didn’t. They refunded my $12 for returning the bulbs that were useless to me, but still kept the $14 shipping cost. So I paid $14 for literally nothing... will never order from this site again. Very disappointed."

"This is the second car that I have owned in which I replaced all the lights with LED's. Everyone that sees them is impressed with how bright the lights are; both inside and outside. I've never had one fail so far, and it is super easy to see the road at night, and everything inside the car when a door is opened. I don't think I'll ever use anything but LED's, both in my cars and in my home, where I've also replaced all filament bulbs, and all CFL's with LED's."
"I originally ordered the wrong bulbs, my fault I accept that. I called to verify with them that I was getting the right bulbs and to find out what I needed to do for an exchange. The gentleman I spoke to was awesome. He went ahead and placed the new order for me and had them shipped out on the spot. They also provided a postage paid return slip for something that was my fault in the beginning. I miss the old days. Overall great shopping expirence. Thank you. "

"Pathway lights have not worked for a year. Had halogen bulbs originally. Would have to replace halogen bulbs very often. Found a bulb on website that I thought would work. Decided to chat with someone who gave me a better bulb for the application. Installed the new bulbs and could not be happier. All my neighbors are complimenting me on how well they look and how bright they are.

"I am in Central Ca, and received someone else's order in the mid west. I called the customer service line but was told it was disconnected by a recording. No response over the weekend. I was finally able to contact them on Monday and let them know I dont have my order but had someone else's order. The experience let me know there is a serious customer service issue. They reshipped the order (another couple of days) before I got them. The product was good when it finally arrived. Original order placed on June 5th, and reshipped again on June 11th. They have an impressive web site... Product was made in China. Experience was disappointing."
