"The product sounded great. The application was what I wanted but despite calling customer service to determine fitment to the vehicle, and being assured that this particular product would fit properly, when it arrived, I spent 2 hours trying to install it only to determine it could not and would not fit the vehicle. Did I miss an attachment needed? Was there a different retainer ring? No, it plainly did not fit and was not meant for this vehicle hence I have wasted time and now Will incur more time and cost sending it back! Disappointing result.
Was it customer service training that was needed? Was it a better product description and application. I do not know at this point but when calling to determine the available options was advised " well we do not guarantee this product will fit your vehicle!" Given that the year and model were identified during the first call to customer service prior to placing the order I have a suspicion that there was a Customer service issue, a product knowledge or resource opportunity that needed to be rectified. The interaction with personnel was congenial and the initiation of the return process was excellent. Interaction wise I would compliment the company on this.
For the business there is now an additional administrative cost in time and effort creating a refund, returning ( at customer cost) and restocking. How much is this adding to business administrative costs? What could be initiated to reduce these incidents? What is a percentage of returns to sales that is acceptable? Is there a monitoring system of sales personnel/customer service personnel determining a ratio of returns to sales? Should this be a bonus issue?
Most importantly "How does the customer feel about the company now?"These are all questions in which the answers impact productivity, customer retention and net profitability.
Hopefully this feedback is given to the Management as the products and prices appear to be excellent, service needs a little tweaking!
Changes of this nature are not monumental, insurmountable or costly to initiate but the when there are positive results the impact on staff as well as customers is amazing!.......and you will see an increase in the bottom line, a wonderful addition in this day and age."
"I purchased a couple of light bulbs to replace my incandescent bulbs in my over the range microwave to save the energy of keeping the light on all night. I made sure the bulbs were dimmable as the product description promises. My microwave has 2 brightness settings and when you program the night light to come on it only comes on the lower setting. When these bulbs are on the lower setting they have a very fast flicker which is very distracting.
I contacted Super Bright LEDs about this and was told this is just normal. No reason why, no is there something we can do to fix it, no we recommend this bulb if this is a problem for you.
So we are not happy with the light and we are not happy with the non-caring of our unhappiness. "
"So I got a set of CANBUS LEDs for the turn signals, front and rear, and both high and low beam headlights. Install was pretty simple but wouldn't you know it, the CANBUS bulbs were a bust. They didn't work even though the little pop-up description on the website said they were meant for CANBUS vehicles, which mine is. When I asked tech support they told me some vehicles still require the resistor kits for the turn signals to function properly. What?? Why even have CANBUS bulbs listed as compatible with my vehicle if I'd still need the resistor kit? No "We're sorry, how can we make it better," no "Here's a credit for the difference in the regular bulbs you should've gotten." Nothing... To make it worse, one of the rear turn signal bulbs doesn't work as a parking light anymore when the headlights are on. Only the blinking part works. Not happy. And the cherry on the cake? Did you know the headlight bulbs and/or ballasts are EMI nightmares? Once the headlights are on, quite a few radio stations become very staticy and do not come in clear anymore. Why not email tech support again you ask? Because according to their website FAQ, they "receive a lot of emails, and sometimes it takes longer than anticipated to respond to them." Ugh...."

"I have used Malibu 12V 4W incandescent lights at Gnomes Hollow B&B for 14 years. I had purchased green bulbs for all 42 of these lights and was very please, UNTIL they stopped making the green bulbs. I'm SO pleased that these SUPER BRIGHT LEDs are an exact match for my Malibu patio/driveway lights. They are a direct plug & play exchange for the original 4 watt bulbs, but are a little brighter than the original 4W incandescent bulbs. "BIG happy face smile". My Gnomes Hollow Bed and Breakfast in now back to it's original look, thanks to these SUPER BRIGHT LEDs. I would give this product a six star rating for looks and ease of installing."

"Got a 6 pack of these light bulbs (12VDC). Nice looking and love the cool light over the soft white.
They are a little pricey, but will be worth it if they hold up as advertised.
CONS HOWEVER, one lamp was DOA, so wound up with only 5 working lamps. Cost more to return than the lamp cost, so just out of luck. Deducted 2 stars for this DOA item, otherwise would have been a 5 star rating"
