"After repeated detailed questions to Chris H. in regard to the proper size bulb for my application, I received the wrong bulbs that were twice the size of the stock bulb. I have been trying to resolve this issue for three days to no avail. I requested to speak with a supervisor two days ago and was told I would receive a call "first thing in the morning" and still have not received a call. I am extremely disatisfied with the misinformation and overall complete lack of attention and responsiveness in resolving this issue.

The ones I got from them had 3 tiny bulbs on the side and no ballasts so I didn't expect them to function correctly or be bright enough but no returns allowed so I was out my $120. "I installed LED's throughout most of my reno project an '86 Silverado. For the most part they turned out to be a non-issue, other than GREATLY improving visibility, both externally and internally. I had it in the shop for some repairs when the owner called and said he thought he had it ready, but, the turn signals wouldn't work when the headlights were on. If they weren't on, they worked fine. He told me that he thought it was the external LED's causing it, so he had removed all of them but still had the issue and was working on it. I thought about it a couple of days, and texted him telling him that I thought it was the LED's in the instrument panel causing it, as they wouldn't be on unless, at least the parking lights were on. Anyway, he told me he seriously doubted that to be the issue, and even went so far as to try to make a wager with me; which I declined. But, I told him I was going to order anyway just to make sure. I ordered the CF12ANL-01 Electronic Flasher and shipped directly to him. When it arrived and he installed it, he was absolutely FLOORED........ he just KNEW that wasn't going to fix it. But it did.
Taa daa........... I told him that I'd make him an LED lighting expert yet..... "
