"Experimenting with LED's. The one I selected is perfect but I needed a 1/2 watt resistor and this site seems to only carry 1/4 watt resistors. So, I had to order my resistor needs from another site. Would have preferred to "bundle" my purchases here. Also, I wish that Super Bright Leds site had an LED circuit calculator to determine resistor values. Once again, I had to go to another site.
Otherwise, totally satisfied."

"I work as a building engineer in a catholic middle school. For sometime now parents, staff, and students alike have commented on how dark the stairs leading up to the gymnasium were. Replacing just 2 of 4 incandescent fixtures with LED ones made quite a noticeable difference. I look forward to replacing the 2 other fixtures. Maintenance wise I looking forward to years of service without the need to replace bulbs."

"Long ago, my gas yard light was converted electric. It uses two 12 volt bulbs that would last about a year before burning out. I tried a couple automotive LED bulbs but no luck because the lamp was AC powered. The bulbs from Super Bright work on AC. They work great and are bright. I will have to see how long they last."

"I have an extensive project that I communicated to their pre-sales team in detail with numerous questions.
Their response was pointless - no information, no answers, no help. And they closed my request.
When I responded to their email, with the complaint that they weren't helpful, their response was, essentially, ok, goodbye.
The bottom line is that their customer facing team makes it clear that they do not care at all about customer requests. It is tragic. I hope that I can find a competitor who will be able to supply what I need.

"I ordered a 4’ x 4’ ceiling panel. This is made of two 2’ x 4’ ceiling panels.

I received one panel plus the wall switch. The other ceiling panel is on back order. They did not to tell me in advance that they had to back order part of my order. It was a surprise.

I have received no communication from Super Bright LED’s about the missing half of my order. The only note was on the packing slip, and it said one panel was back ordered.

I presume I will have to go to a different firm to get my order. My ceiling is open, my kitchen is a mess, and I need to get the job finished. "

"Ordered 11 of 3 types different bulbs, 9 of them fit, work perfect, and are perfect, bright / white light.

2 of the 7443's, did not fit the sockets properly, would not lock in place. I called and they acted like it is sometimes an issue. They not only offered a refund, but gave me a free shipping label back to them. Great customer service, great products (when they fit I guess)"

"Shipping was faster than expected and that's it. I didn't pay attention to the reviews and would advise you to do so. The lights are oversized for the applications the company recommends. As a result your stuck with lights that require modifications to fit in your vehicle. Oh yes, the company recommends you check the dimensions in the illustration of the lights you want before buying. Problem is you only see that on the companys response to the negative reviews it receives. I'll be returning these for a refund before 30 days elapses. "

"When I received my shipment, the plug on the light bar was broke. The machine it was going on, needed to be out running so installation of the light was a necessity. We installed the light and I wrapped the plug in electrical tape. I called and they offered to replace it but I couldn’t send the broken light due to it being on the machine. I wasn’t sure when I would have been able to switch a new light out for the broken one and I didn’t want to get billed for a light that wasn’t sent back in. "
