"I purchased these bulbs in both angles offered and ended sending nine out of ten back. Some would flicker while others would literally dim to the point where you could barely tell they were on.The fixtures and both transformers were new and are now working perfectly with another companies bulbs.When I would take the faulty bulbs out they were hot to the touch.Love the LEDs purchased from years ago but these were a waste of money (since I was charged a restocking fee for bulbs that were faulty).Nice!!"

"These red leds really woke up the gauge cluster of my 91 Nissan 240sx. The 25 year old bulbs were dim and yellowing, these are a big improvement and look awesome. The white led dome light brightened it up inside as well. Highly recommend!"

"These are good replacements for the incandescent bulbs in the dome light for my 2015 Freightliner Coronado. They seem to be approximately the same brightness. (IMO you really don't want a lot of extra brightness in this application) They do have a bit of a yellow, perhaps slightly green hue. I think I like it, but if you are after more of a full spectrum, natural white, these are not for you."

"I liked the idea of a modern day LED retro taillight encapsulated for moisture protection so I bought a set of United Pacific Industries 1968-70 VW Beetle taillights. They were not available with the Euro amber turn signal section, but I was willing to settle for red. The problem is the brake light and the turn signal are the same set of LEDs, so if you are stopped at an intersection pressing down the brake pedal, with the turn signal on, the person behind you will just see a steady-burning red LED with a subtle flicker to it. There was not enough contrast. So I went back to my original Euro lenses and discrete bulb housings, and took a chance and ordered the Super Bright bulbs recommended by them for vintage VWs and they are awesome. Plenty bright, and plenty of red, amber, and clear differentiation. I'm very happy with Super Bright."

"I recently acquired used solar rechargeable battery packs and needed to perform some tests to see if they could be used for emergency lighting. Unable to purchase the LEDs I needed from my local retail source, I found Super Bright LEDs online. Their website is EXCELLENT and allowed me not just to view many possible solutions, but their extensive, easily accessible specifications allowed me to perform calculations that almost assured successful testing.

I easily placed an order for a sampling of three (3) different LEDs (RL5-W15120: White 120 Degree 1500 mcd, RL5-W18030: White LED, HF5-W5590: Cool White). Note that they are ALL white. The order arrived quickly and that's when my happiness ended.

Order Was Wrong: Instead of sending the RL5-W18030: White LEDs, the sent me RED.

Replacement Experience 1st Time:
+ 05/02/2016: During the initial contacts, Customer Support (CS) personnel were very nice. The person that answered was a supervisor (Mark/Mike) He apologized and said he would personally test the replacement LEDs to ensure they are WHITE. Although the total cost of the three (3) red LEDs was $2.97, I had to return them in order to receive replacements. Within an hour, I received an email with a return shipping label. I noted that the cost of shipping the red ones back exceeded the actual cost of the LEDs. I packaged the red LEDS and stuck it in the outgoing snail-mail. After a prolonged snail-mail wait they got them and the same day they shipped replacements which arrived 05/09/2016.

Replacement Experience 2nd Time:
+ 05/09/2016 I tested the replacements immediately. THEY WERE RED!?!? I called CS and spoke to "Jessica". I was irritated and she was pleasant. I suggested she contact her supervisor because, in addition to the replacements NOT being tested as promised, them getting it wrong twice likely means the RED LEDs were put in the drawer/bin marked as white. She assured me that she wrote extensive notes into the account about the problem and assured me that their one of technicians would test the second set of replacements to be sure they were white. BUT, I still had to return the ($2.97) of red LEDs before they would send the correct ones. Shortly after I received an email with a return shipping label. I packed them and sent them back the next day.

Then 05/16/2016 I received an email saying "Refund Receipt"? I called immediately and spoke to "Shirell" [sp]. This CS agent sees the notes about testing replacements but says the previous CS agent made a mistake about how she [coded] the return. This agent says I now have to place another order for the three (3) WHITE LEDs and PAY SHIPPING again. I protested, noting that it was their mistakes, TWICE, that got us to this point. I should not have to pay shipping again because "Jessica" [coded] the return incorrectly. I was put on hold while Shirell spoke to her supervisor. When she came back on, her supervisor was the one I had talked to after the first order was wrong (Mark/Mike). He told Shirell to place a new order and canceled the shipping charge. Which she did and on 05/19/2016, seventeen business days after the initial order, the re-replacements arrived. I immediately tested them and they were WHITE... Hooray!

Observation: I've noted that several other reviews in year 2016 describe wrong orders and the long replacement process (or no replacement). It seems to me that their order fulfillment method is failing them and (at least for small orders) they should acknowledge they have problems and ship replacements without waiting for the returns to arrive first. I believe few customers would scam them for $3 worth of LEDs and it will certainly save them much more in shipping."

"I have a small, utility trailer that I use to haul motorcycles all over the country. The stock lights were not very bright and because the trailer is so small/low, I needed some better lights.
