"Although i expected them to be plastic, a everything is now, I didn't expect them to be cheap plastic with the lens already scratched. The reflective material underneath was also already scratched. Maybe a return or just cheap quality assurance. Regardless the lens cover is very thin cheap plastic. The box it came in was impressive, had a magnet latch. After seeing the lights though I think they spent more on the box than actually making the lights. After ordering these I saw the same ones all over the internet for 17 dollars, check Amazon if you don't believe me. Should have known better, if its to good to be true then it is. Cheap product wont buy from this company again. And no, they are not even worth my time to return, keep my money, its the last you will see. "

"These guys ship promptly and deliver a good product. My LEDs arrived just a few days after ordering via USPS. Everything was exactly as described, and packaged well. I ordered 2 sizes with 3 colors of each; I received a box containing 6 sealed bags, each clearly identified with important notes printed on the labels. Also, they don't lie: their LEDs are bright. I installed in my car as a replacement for incandescent bulbs, the backlighting for my instruments. All of the LEDs worked and were plenty bright."

This was my first time ordering however I was disappointed when my order was delivered with only 4 of the 5 lights that I ordered & paid for. I called as soon as they were delivered and was given an apology with a promise that the missing clearance light would go out that day. I explained to customer service that my headliner was removed to install the lights and asked if they would consider over nighting the missing light so I could get my truck back together and get back on the road. I was told they were still shipping that day, (12/30/11) and that they would talk to shipping and see what could be done. For sure it would go out that day just not sure how it would be shipped. I was told to check my e-mail for the status. I did not receive a status e-mail so I have to think that not only I should not expect an over night delivery but worse than that more than likely the light has not shipped at all and probable will not ship until Tuesday after New Years. Its pretty sad that not only do I have to put my interior back together and then take it back down when the light arrives but even worse is I driving my rig with a missing cab clearance light. If this light has not shipped as I am assuming could you please consider over nighting it on Tuesday when you re open? In doing so I will be forever grateful. I do understand that these things happen but when they do I think the situation should be handled as a priority. Please accept my apology in advance if the light did manage to get shipped. "No problems, and I am very satisfied! I received my order in just a few working days even though it was just before Christmas. If I need more LED lights, I will buy from SuperBrightLED again. All are really bright; I do not know if any of the products that I ordered are any brighter than a standard bulb, but SuperBrightLED did not claim them to be. I ordered a set (two of the same light) of progressive flashing arrows and the only thing that I did not know is if I needed to buy an extra component to make the arrows progressively flash. But after trying them, I found that the circuitry is built in and NOTHING EXTRA IS NEEDED (other than the switch and a 12 volt power supply.)
