I ordered 4 superbright candelabra based lights for our ceiling fan lights. The lights arrived in just 3 days and when we installed them 3 worked and one was dead on arrival (DOA). I sent an email to customer service and was informed withing a few hours, that a replacement light and a prepaid return label included for the defective unit had been shipped. I received the replacement along with return, prepaid label. Obviously Super Bright LEDs understands and practices REAL customer support. I will continue to purchase my LED lighting items from them!"

"Service was superb. I live in a place where — quite often — GPSs, and Internet ordering functions refuse to acknowledge that my address exists. I'm used to that. When the superbright site couldn't find me, I called their 800 number, got a young gentleman nearly immediately, made the order and — presto — done. Then — since I wasn't in a rush — I had it mailed via the USPS, my particular branch of which couldn't find their workplace, never mind my PO Box.
