When I inquired they said the item was stuck at customs and would update me. Never received an update and upon repeated inquiries they told me it was lost and that they would ship out a replacement. Took a month to send, I had it litterly 5 minutes on and the center stone fell out, I sent back still havent gotten ring back -about 400$ ill never get back for a ring maybe125 at most, lies about actual size mine was a supposed 1 carat emerald, it was a half carat.. if u not going to have an actual picture if what your buying, your CLEARLY BLATENLY LIEING TO THE CONSUMER...I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESES NY CITY CROOKS.. "First of all, I left messages, sent emails, waited on hold, and yet after 12 attempts have yet to get someone on the phone, and only one short email back.

I tried to cancel part of the order for earrings which would not arrive in time. They are sending them anyway and charged my credit card.

The blue diamond 2ct earrings which I did receive look considerably smaller than 1 ct each. I am taking them to a jeweler for size and weight confirmation. Should they not be 2 CT’s, action will be taken.

I would never shop with them again.

"I ordered a 14k yellow gold diamond band, its called "THE PERFECT 14ct DIAMOND BAND IN YELLOW GOLD ANY SIZE" on the their website. The ring they advertised, the one i purchased, is not the ring they sent me. The one i ordered has a little bevel at the end diamonds. But the ring i recieved does not, its completely straight. I choose this in particular ring because of the bevel on each side, it matches the ring that I currently wear. I was adding another ring to the set of rings that I wear, which would have matched perfectly if it would have been beveled. Or if i was sent the correct piece of jewelry. The ring i ordered was $379.99. The one sent to me is on their website also its called "14ct ROUND DIAMOND BAND IN 14k YELLOW GOLD AT A FANTASTIC PRICE" which is $329.99. They sent me the lower priced ring. Don't believe me check out their website and look at the two similar but different rings. The one i ordered cost more and it has little bevels at the end of the diamonds on both sides. The lower priced one does not. It is straight at the ends of the diamonds on both sides. Plus its like over 2 weeks for delivery. And they haven't responded to my emails about this issue. Save your money, your time and sanity Shop Somewhere Else!!!!!! Forgot to mention that this ring is suppose to be 1/4ct diamonds, but i don't believe it is. The ring i already have and wear everyday for the last 16 years is 1/5ct diamonds. And the ring the sent me looks exactly like my 1/5ct ring. As far as diamond size goes. It definitely not a 1/4ct total diamond weight. "
