I guessed that the significant price difference between two similar products was due to the packaging, but it didn't say. Your agent clarified that one was in a bag and the other was in a gift box. The description for your line of chocolate covered orange peels should be improved so it is clear that they are all dark chocolate and the only difference is in the packaging. "

"on 01/09/20, I tried repeatedly to place an order online, only to have it come up repeatedly at check-out that my credit card number was invalid. I finally gave up and contacted customer service through "Need Help?" by e-mail. I received a return e-mail in a timely manner from a rep named Kelly, who apologized for the inconvenience and offered to help place my order with her by phone. Knowing how websites often have their glitches, I resubmitted my order on 01/10/20 prior to contacting her. My order was successfully charged to the card that it had rejected (repeatedly!) the day before. Extremely frustrating to a first-time customer! But thank you to Kelly for her courteous reply to my complaint."
