"Your website doesn't have all the relevant information, so I had to look all over the internet just to find a phone number to ask a simple question.
I guessed that the significant price difference between two similar products was due to the packaging, but it didn't say. Your agent clarified that one was in a bag and the other was in a gift box. The description for your line of chocolate covered orange peels should be improved so it is clear that they are all dark chocolate and the only difference is in the packaging."
