"I've used SupermediaStore.com for the last 8 years, as they are one of the few places to get Taiyo Yuden (now JVC Taiyo Yuden) CD's and DVD's. I receive my shipment within 2 days using their least expensive shipping method (often free), so they must ship the same day I submit my order. I've never had to use their customer service so I can't speak to what would happen if I did have a problem. Regarding the product I ordered, I've used JVC Taiyo Yuden for the last 8 years, ever since I bought my first Plextor burner and Plextor tech support recommended this brand. I've never had a burn failure."
