"If you call into this company for any reason make sure you always select the ext that says "to place an order" otherwise you will never talk to someone. I was on hold for 45 min. Then called back and selected "to place an order" and got someone in two rings. They will not answer if you have a complaint or customer service issue. The toner was all good except for one that streaked. They are going to replace that though. So as far as the price and the shipping price goes, it was a great deal. Customer service is lacking and could be upgraded.



Here is a couple of really funny points to add now that I've completed my whole transaction. The "gift" they end up giving you for taking the time(after they hound you for twenty emails) to put a review on this website is a used CD holder. Hilarious. O, and for anyone that wants a real honest review of this company don't try. If you put a negative review for this company on here they end up trying to get you to take it off by giving you a discount on your next purchase. So, if you are going to do business with this customer your best bet is to put something negative, and wait for your discount. "

I am sure that they will perform well as they are a name brand product and I have yet to be disappointed with any purchase made through SuperMedia Store. Again SuperMedia Store's prices cannot be beat anywhere on the web or retail.
