"Order for laser toner cartridge. . first order on 7/14 # W5000071. takes a week to get. product leaked. week to return. had asked for replacement. return paperwork got written for refund. called to correct. When they received my return,still got notified would get refund! had to totally reorder second cartridge. not a good "first-time experience."

For those who don't like "tape wrap" packaging, just save any previous orders cake box/or 25 piece DVD box and reload'em.
