"I ordered 200 black slim CD cases for approximately 31 dollars. I was pleased with the price and shipping time. There was no visible damage when I opened the box. However, a few days later, when I started to actually use the slim CD cases, I discovered about 25% of them are unusable because they will not click closed. The remainder are usable, but they only click closed in one place, not in both.... there are much lower quality than the CD cases I usually order from Staples. I would never order this particular item from SuperMedia Store again. Let me note that in general, I respect SuperMedia Store. I usually order Taiyo Yuden DVD discs, and they are almost always of the highest quality. I expect to continue ordering from your store, and I appreciate your asking how things went with my most recent order.
