"This is the second time I have ordered from the Supermediastore. Both times I have had to cancel the order and re-order again. The reason for this is that the first time I used my American Express and your order process says the order is fine but I then get an e-mail saying there is a problem. I live in Canada and have the order shipped to a US address just across the Canada/US border. I don't know why the order is rejected - American Express has both my Canadian and US addresses and the card works fine at other stores (with the odd exception). To solve the problem, I cancel the order and re-order using my PayPal account. Due to the larger exchange rate differential I much prefer to use my Amex directly rather than going through PayPal but your system forces me to do it.

I like your products and the prices, but the process you make me go through is VERY ANNOYING to the point that when I find another site that will accept my Amex directly and the products are comparable I will use that site. It certainly doesn't help when I telephone your Help Line and the answer I get is "well that's just the way it works" - certainly a much better answer from a customer service point of view is that we will find out what the problem is and get back to you - that's how you retain customers.
