"I have been doing my shopping with Supermediastore.com for several years now and they are a 1 stop shopping experience. They have most of everything I am looking for with the lowest prices around. I have even called or emailed special request for my orders before and they respond really quickly and seem to have the model, "The customers are always right".


Just 1 thing where they can improve on I think is sometimes when they have specials, the special prices need to be lower than the single prices.
For Example: When I purchase my Primera ink, they may have if you buy 2 the price would be $90. But if you buy 1 the price is $40. So therefore I would purchase 2 of the single item instead of the bundle. And with that being said the prices they give us are the lowest around.

So I give them a 4 out of 5. Everyone needs room for improvement."

"Great prices, decent customer service. They have many free shipping options, but they tend to skimp just a tad (IMVHO) in packaging materials. The free shipping, of course is the slowest method, and it can be maddeningly slow for Fedex to deliver from California to Ohio. This is not a fault of the retailer. If you need it in a hurry, consider other shipping options, or ordering more locally.
