"I usually have great service from SuperMediaStore but this time it was horrible! I purchased blank DVDs at buy-one-get-one-free but I never got my free order. I had a feeling that I wasn't going to get the free order based on the way the invoice was written. The response I got from Customer Service was "In reply to your concern, Please note that the offer stated in the email flyer would ship automatically with your order. Please be informed that it would not reflect on the packing slip or on the Invoice." That was February 2nd...still no shipment. I was then told to CALL Customer Service instead of emailing, which I did, and Shanay said she'd take care of it. That was February 11th...still no shipment. I then emailed again and received the following response on February 19th: " I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. I have forwarded this issue to our shipping department and we will get back to you with the status of the Free item shortly. Your patience in this regard is appriciated." Today is February 21st and I'm beginning to wonder if I got scammed. "
