"Usually the package arrived intact, no physical damage except this order. My guess is because I ordered 2 separate items(blank DVD-R and CD sleeve) and was shipped in one box? The blank DVD-R disc was not placed in a box like previous order so during shipping one of the 50-pack spindle wrapper was torn and most of the blank discs were scattered around sticking the white foam on data side hence not usable.
This is only incidence I have with Supermedia for the past 4-5 years?
