(cd/dvd aluminum case): Rather than using the included hanging media slips put your discs in sleeves. You can trim the box cardboard to keep the three rows separate, and use the hanging slips as index tabs. This simplifies sorting, (I alphabetize, and use different color sleeves according to genre). "Very disappointed in service and product. I ordered 8x taiyo Yuden DVD-R for my burner that only takes 8x dvd-R. Lately 8x has been hard to find so I was happy when I saw supermediastore.com had some. BUT... when the DVD's arrived and I slipped it into the burner, it would not accept the disc. The companies return policy is so restrictive it's not worth the effort to send the item back. I'm totally bummed and will not order from this company again.

It's now 4/10/09 and the company Spermediastore posted a reply to my review stating that they authorized a RMA for a no charge replacement for me and that they were sending me a postage paid return mailing label. I returned the defective 8x dvd at their expense and was awaiting my replacement product. Today they emailed to say they credited my charge acct. I called the company and was told the RMA was for a refund. I told them to check this web site and they'd see their own reply stating that the RMA was for a replacement. I was told they would check on this and asked to wait on hold. I waited 8 minutes on hold and then my call was disconnected. I restate my original e-mail, this company has very disappointing customer service and I would never order from them again."

"Company did not honor the verbal agreement that was made by myself and Rep Daniel. On order of Ritata 8X DVD +RW was made on 03/01/2009 (T088557300014). The DVD +RW was defective and would not play in any of my DVD recorder combos (3) or in my computer. All disks were just ejected and would not play. When I called Linky they if I wanted a replacement Disks. I said not the Ridata disk but I would take Verbatim disks. Per Daniel they would replace the disk with Verbatims and was sorry for the inconvience. A new order was placed and the Verbatims were $23.99 and that was charged to my credit card. Then I checked later and found a charge for $8.15 for shipping. I sure hope this company treats their other customers better than this cause nothing worse than poor customer service. I hope the $8.15 is worth the complaints that I'm going to do. Is This amout of money worth a complaint to BBB? I guess so. Sorry Linky I think you need to do better especially after you agreed to replace then charge extra.

"You get what you pay for. The DVD's I bought proves this old axiom is still correct today! Although there is a slight premium that I paid for these Taiyo Yuden discs, it was well worth it.

Why? I probably burn 1 coaster out of maybe 100 versus cheaper media. Also virtually no read errors from what I recall.
