I was a long-time (many years) customer of SuperMediaStore. I ordered some ink cartridges for my daughter's college roommate's HP printer. When their ink ran out, they opened the SuperMediaStore cartridge and found it did not even fit the printer. I contacted SuperMediaStore and got this reply:
"Unfortunately, we would not be able to accept the product for returns because the returns period has been exceeded which is 30 days from the date of purchase."
So apparently customers are supposed to open and check ink cartridges when they receive them (which would ruin them).
I hadn't checked on the competition in years (as I said, I had been a long-term customer). Guess what? Much better deals on ink cartridges are available on Amazon.
