Was told product (dvd discs which kept producing coasters) would be "tested" - dvd writer has not had a problem with any other discs so far - if discs worked on SuperMediaStore apparatus they wouldn't offer a refund, just a restocking fee (15% I believe) plus lost shipping costs. Too much hassle - back to Amazon"

Why won't they put any cushioning material UNDER my product? They set my spindle of 50 DVDs in the box and put all the packing material ON TOP OF IT, so again my order arrives with a shattered spindle case and a few unusable DVDs I just paid for. Some manager needs to wake up and learn how to properly pack a product instead of just getting it out quickly and making sure it doesn't rattle around in the shipping box. Listen to me! I don't care if my product rattles around, but I do care if it arrives damaged. I order these blank DVDs all the time and 2 out of 3 times the case is shattered and a few DVDs on the bottom are unusable. Put some cushioning material UNDER MY PRODUCT, because that's where it needs it. I will be looking to purchase from a different vendor because of this issue. "
