"Supermediastore has a great any easy to use website. Overall my experience has been very positive. High quality merchandise (for the most part) and quick shipping.

Recently they changed manufacturer of their rebuilt cartridges from P&G to another(AEM). The new cartridges do NOT work as well as the P&G. I've had 4 dead cartridges so far and had to throw away brand new ones when they weren't recognized by the printer. The older cartridges (in the pink and blue boxes) worked the first time every time and never clogged or failed. Not so for the new remanufactured ones.

If their quality of cartridges does not improve, I may have to find another source. All other products have been first quality and reliable on every occasion. I would like to see this cartridge problem fixed.

"I just checked the status of my order. UPS tried to deliver 2 days ago. They are confused because my address doesnot contain street #'s. Funny because several orders from UPS made it here OK, including my Lands End order yesterday. Super Media Store DID contact me to verify my address. My complaint is if UPS had difficulty delivering, shouldn't they have called me or the vendor I purchased from? I also have a complaint in with UPS but thought Super Media Store should be aware of this. I'm trying to avoid my shipment being returned.
