They allowed me to order an item that was at a great price and supposedly in stock. I ordered other items as well, I am sure this is why they do this. They processed order, charged my card for the FULL amount, sent me email that it shipped. Then 2 days later, they sent another email that said OOPs we really dont have this item, and won't get it, and simply removed it from order, crediting what they really did not ship. It was the one thing I wanted, and would have cancelled rest if I had known it did not really exist.

I find this practice totally unacceptable and recommend you do business elsewhere.
